Pakistan has substantial farming potential due to its diverse agro-climatic zones, fertile land, and abundant water resources but all this has been mismanaged by the politicians, bureaucrats and landlords. The result is that Pakistan which is supposed to export agricultural products besides fulfilling the local needs have to import essential crops such as wheat and cotton. To bring about a reform in this sector we need to equip small and medium farmers with the necessary knowledge and courage to stand up against this policy-level corruption to regain their rights and ensure a healthy agricultural sector.

We plan to establish The Revival – Farmers Union to address these concerns and give voice to the concerns of the farming community.
