In Pakistan people Seldom know anything about their social contract i.e. the Constitution and the rights established therein. The result is that there is no accountability of the Politicians and government officers, which is the main reason behind corruption and poor delivery of service at the grass root level.  The idea behind this initiative is to establish Mohalla Committees that could stand for the rights of people living in their respective Mohallas, hold politicians and government officers accountable and ensure better delivery of services.
